I can't say how happy I am about finding out about this site. I must be owed thousands of pounds and I can't wait to get my money back.
Whats even worse is that due to all my charges and stuggling to make ends meet, my credit status has been impaired too. This means that all credit I have is at a really high rate at the moment. I can't wait to improve my credit score and get things at a favourable rate in future.
Hey, I might even be debt free at the end of this - A dream at the moment but from looking at other peoples testimonials, I have a bit of confidence now.
John welcome to the forum and have a few days looking through the site and finding your feet, read up the FAQ'S then start a thread in the relevant forum where you can ask any questions that you cant find.

Hi everyone, i've just joined after my brother's recommendation. I thought he was crazy to think he might be able to take on the bank, but having read a good deal of the information available from your site I know he's absolutely right to do so. On average I get charged £200-250 from my bank per month. This has been the case for at least 4 yrs now. The difference that amount of cash per month would make to me is outstanding. As yet my credit rating has not been affected, but i'll bet its not far around the corner!
I probably won't get all of the charges back, as to be fair I am always over my authorised overdraft limit, but anything would help. Its a regular occurance for me to end up with a huge fee to cover them telling me that a direct debit was not paid, and then because this fee put me even more into my overdraft I get charged more for this too. I always thought this was unfair, but never knew it was also illegal!
The only thing that concerns me is what are the consequences? will I get turned away from my bank at refused accounts at other banks as a result?
