This is a strange one. How can the make a claim with any POC. I would have thought that the Judge would instruct them to file and serve the POC before proceeding.
If there is no POC how can you be expected to claim.. sounds really weird

Particulars of claim can be served separately and they may arrive at a later date, however I don't know if this is possibly through MCOL. If particulars are served separately they must arrive within 14 days.
Do/did you have a financial arrangement with the claimant and is the amount of claim specified?
