Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I've got PPI on a Lloyds TSB credit card. I'm fairly sure it was mis-sold as usual, however I'm really just willing to get it cancelled and leave it there.
However, if theres a possibility I can reclaim anything, I'd like to know how I'd really go about doing this.
I find PPI generally grossly unfair and pointless.
PPI is there as an emergency backup come hospitalisation or unemployment.
In most peoples small print, this generally gets narrowed down to "either you die or we tell your boss to sack you". Therefore, the hard workers and honest of us would do whatever work comes your way to pay the bills, what is owed etc. This includes seasonal, temporary/fixed contract work.
And guess what is one of the minor exclusions on the average PPI, including LLoyds?
First prize.
This REALLY grates on me and that matter alone wants me to take matters as far as they can possibly go.
A good starting place would be my thread, includes a full N1 with all necessary legal jargon for specific mis selling of PPI on ltsb credit card. Of course your reasons for mis selling could be different so carefully read and tailor.
