Hi just wondering if people are having a go at GMAC for charges as well as ERC as I am going away in a few months and would like some spending money!!!
Seriously dont think I can get them on ERC but late payment charges etc will be a reasonable amount.
Will they send details of your ERC clause in your SAR so I can check.
