Thread: Penalty Charges

Posted letter to my manager dated 30/1/06 requesting refund of charges since Oct 05, nil reply.
Posted letter to my manager dated 7/2/06 again requesting refund of charges since Oct 05, nil reply.
Posted letter to my manager dated 20/2/06 requesting ALL charges over the last six years and quoting all the reasons why they should be refunded.
He replied saying that my last letter must have crossed with his earlier response to my two previous letters and enclosed a copy "for my use". It was a standard reply saying that I would not get a refund.
I have replied stating that if the bank does not respond to my request I shall commence proceedings as detailed therein.

My CC claim was issued 15/03.

I am at the very beggining of the whole process and it is so encouraging to read how others are doing.

An Acknowledgment of Service of claim was filed 21/3/06.

Your claim was sent the same day as mine. They acknowledged mine on the 22nd. Will be watching your claim to see how you are going.
