    We are about to start on the trail of getting my money back from the robbers who claim they are a Royal Bank of Scotlandicon. They have unlawfully charged us for over 6 yearsicon and did nothing to help when we went to them cap in hand

    Well done starting your claim for justice agains't them, Put my first claim in a couple of weeks ago - they offered me a full settlement after recieving my lbaicon so hopefully shouldn't take you too long to recoup the money your owed.

    And welcome aboard.

    There is a lot of information on this site so take your time and spend a couple of days reading as much as you can.

    When you are comfortable start a thread "XXXX v Bank Name here" in the relavent bank forum as then people with specific experience of this bank can offer support and advice. (Done that bit tick box)

    There is a lot of information to take in here so if unsure it is allways best to Ask first.
