    Hi CuPRaCaN

Well first things first, you need to spend some time reading through the FAQ's and other threads. Once you see what's involved and you fully understand that you are actually taking a bank potentially to court then you need to start from the beginning.
If you know the exact amount you are claiming then you need to send of the prem letter from the templates libraryicon. You'll need to amend it to suit your details but the link is here.
    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...-approach.html
You give them 14 days then you send them the lbaicon letter gicing them another 14 days.
    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...re-action.html
If after 14 days you still have no joy then it's submit a court claim time, WHEN it gets to that stage shout and someone will help you out.

If you don't know the amount you are claiming then you'll need to send off a SARicon once again amending your details to suit.
    http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...ction-act.html
You give them 40 days to provide the info for a SARicon and you need to enclose a cheque to them for £10.

That's the basic route but there really is no better way of finding out what to do or expect than read read then read some more.

Good luck mate, but you shouldn't need it if you follow all the steps exactly as they are shown on this site!

    Matt

Send all letters to their customer service centre in Bootle.

When it gets to court documents being issued then send them to Narborough.

And there is a good chance they'll close your account, best to be prepared by opening another account just in case. They did get their legs slapped recently about closing accounts but be prepared.
