hi im pretty new to this.ive sent all my letters off to Natwest and the next step next week is to take them to court.ive had no reply at all to any letters ive sent which is un nerving in itself.nut the question i wanted answered is how do i stop them taking charges out still while im claiming the other charges? in 3 weeks theyve took a further £90 out! this it getting me into debt with car finance people and now theyre threatening to take me to court for the return of the car,i need the car for my delivery work.please can someone advise me as im worried sick thanks.
Re: how do i stop them taking more charges while awaiting decision?
Have you opened another account with another bank ? this will stop your present bank taking any further charges plus we also advise to have another account as a parachute account.
up until you lodge your claim into court you can add any charges to your claim
Once your claim is in court you can still add any charges but this will cost you £35 to amend your claim ( not recoverable ) .So it is best to then wait until your claim is settled and then start again for the any further charges .
