Thread: Business Account & Peronal Account!

Hi
Please can someone advise me?
I am about to use moneyclaim on line, having completed all the previous steps, but I have a question...
I have 2 business accounts and 2 personal accounts.
Do I complete a seperate money claim for each one ?
or do I put the business ones together and the personal ones together?
or do I put all 4 accounts on one claim?

I have looked through the FAQs again and through other threads but cant seem to find out.

For the lba letter I sent one for the business accounts which has slightly diffferent wording and the attached relevant spreadsheets and another LBA for the personal accounts with attached relevant spreadsheets.

Although they were put together in one envelope and sent by recorded delivery.

I have a ltsb Bisiness and Current and am only just starting out, I'm about to send the DPA request for list of Carges (SAR) letter, should I send one £10 and letter for both Business and current or one for each?

Yes, I agree with Barty.
If you have been corresponding as Business & Personal, make a claim for Business Accounts and a seperate one for the Personal Accounts

When I initially contacted the bank to retrieve my bank statements and charges I just sent a £10 cheque listing all my accounts - business and personal and they sent me all the info straight away. I have noticed however, that they haven't cashed the cheque. yet anyway.
