CCJ on credit file after paying parking fine

A while a go i got a couple of parking fines at work (bizzare as it may sound).

I decided not to pay out of principle as i dont believe staff should get ticketed, anyway I decided to pay them after I got a summons from a court that they should be paid.

I managed to pay one of them off straight away but for the other one the court gave me an extra month to pay it (got paid a month later).

I looked at my credit file earlier and it says I have got a CCJ on my file because of the second ticket.

Can I go about getting it removed as I paid it and how do I go about getting it taken off

Security is done in house at work so it was hospital security who issued the tickets

Phoned up Kendal county court icon

(thats who the judgement was made by) and spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who said all I need to do is send the court £15 and ask for a certificate of satisfaction

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. But getting a CCJ satistfied is no good. It will still show up on your credit report and lenders will see that you have a CCJ.
You will still have problems getting credit.
I'm having a huge problem with a CCJ. It's only for £100. Paying it is not the problem, but it will still show up on my credit report. I'm trying to get the Judgement set aside icon

You should have received some kind of notification from the court before the case was heard. If you didn't, the parking company may have given your address incorrectly (I have heard stories that they do this deliberately, which is illegal). Can you ask the court what address was given?

Incredible...how can you get a CCJ without being told any information from the court? If the parking company is providing the wrong address that is outragious, surely something should be done about that!

Tell the court you had no chance to defend yourself in this action as you have never received any communication regarding the case.
