    the only addresses i know for virgin media are....virgin media ltd, po box 333, matrix court, llansamlet, swansea, sa7 9bb and virgin media ltd registered office, 160 great portland street, london, wiw 5qa. hope these help.

    i have 5 different addresses for virgin media neitehr of them respond to letters, sent them recorded delivery and 4 out the 5 post codes could not be verified by the post office even the address on the reverse of their bill!

    The Portland St one is real, i dropped a letter off there personally............sti ll didnt reply though !

    As Martin notes, the address for court papers should always be the Registered Office address. The Matrix Court address iin Wales is the current centre dealing with all written communications, as they are scanned into the 'system' and can be handled by VM staff at any VM call sentre. (The main complaints INE were usually handled by VMs Wythenshaw centre (near Manchester) but mail sant there takes longer to process, as I believe it STILL is sent to Wales for scanning.

    All of this could of course be completely inaggurate now, as firms close centres and redeploy staff on a whim.
