Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Have you had an increase in overdraft during that period? Might be that? No reason why you can't just ask your branch, can't see why they wouldn't be of help.

Thanks Taff but I haven't had any alterations to my accoun aside from demoting my account from Royalties to a normal current account... i'll give the bank a call
Thanks lively.... called the bank and they said it's because I was overdrawn by and fiver in January.... I don't get it as examing my statements again, this is not reflected in it at all. I will have to speak to them again...
It looks as if since I am no longer a member of their £15 per month Royalities scheme, they now charge me under Service Charge and it seems they take more money than before.... but I'm sure I wasn't overdrawn.... arghhhhhh!!!! I will have to go back and reclaim.... again! Boring!
