you are entitled to it, cause they won't say exactly how much it does cost them.
if what you are eluding too is about being scared they will close your A/C's , then don't, OFT are taking a very dimm view of this, hence the fine issued a few weeks ago to A+L.

Got the statements and the microfiche stuff - they say they will send the rest within 4 weeks - should I wait or guestimate the charges?
If the deadline is up then I would file a complaint with the OFT get a reference number from them by phoning them up. Then send them a reminder stating that they are in breach of the DPA and that you are considering taking out an action for non-compliance, quote the reference from the OFT complaint on the letter..
