Default Barclays - £3 per statement?

Barclaycard wanted £3 per statement, i accepted because i dont want to go through the 40day DPA crap.

Will i be able to ask for that to be refunded eventually? Either way i'm not that bothered, its a small price to pay compared to the charges i have paid.

That choice is yours to make, I would have sent the SARicon and done it that way. Don't think you can claim it back though.

What makes you think you'll get your data any quicker by paying £3 per statement for it?

Well I just got my statements and my claim comes up to £600 odd, so the £60 i spent on statments was well worth it. Means i can now claim rather than waiting 40 days for a DPA request.
