    Question Has anyone NOT had their acc closed by A&L?

    Just curious as to whether there is anyone out there that hasn't had their account closed after claiming from A&L?

    It seems that they are closing accounts left right and centre...........
    Still waiting for my charges details to arrive, and in the process of opening a parachute accounticon just in case.

    If they hadnt already closed my account, I'd have sackedicon them anyway. Utterly hopeless. We should try to close them down and put them out of their misery - they clearly dont like dealing with people, and they are not very good with our money, are they?
