    Default Mint credit card charges

    Hi

I am currently trying to reclaim £120 back for charges against my credit card & today I have received a letter with a cheque for £48.

They are giving me this as the difference between what they charge & what they used to charge as they have reduced costs.

Today was the last day before MCOL so should I claim the rest thru' MCOL or claim all of it & send the cheque back?

    Thoughts anyone??

    Cheers

    LS,

In the FAQ forums, there is a guide. In there is a link to a partial settlement letter. You should basically send them this letter and the cheque back and continue your claim through the courts.
