im intrigued by all this given i was the subject of wanton abuse from my bank Im a royalties gold account holder which effectively meant nothing but they would charge gold standard fees for being overdrawn by a few pounds or hit you bec ause your direct debit for 2 pounds (no kidding) was unpaid .Are there any restrictions on what i can claim back on this account?
