Do I let them capitalize it into monthly payments?
Have a mortgage with the Abbey , fell behind with one months payment, because I have now paid 5 consecutive payments they say they are prepared to capitalize the l month payment owing on to the rest of the mortgage. They have also include around £500 of charges etc which they say they will incorporate in to the mortgage
Question is do I let them capitalize it in, and them claim back the charges or tell them not to as I am going to claim back charges.???
