Can you post what was on the statement because it does sound very very odd and i need to see what the narrative on the statement says before advising more? is it a business account or personal account?
blimey, that is unusual but will help your case, definitely claim them back. should add it is in the leaflet "a guide to personal account fees", i think they will pay out quickly on this one
They are totally strangling my business at the moment with their fees.
I have myself another account with AL banking but hesitate over Natwest as I have an OD and small business loan which I fully expect to both get called in when something hits the fan.
My charges over the past 5 years now with the referral charge added in will amount to nearly £4k .... Ouch !
Can these be claimed ?
