What 3 letters have you sent?

The 28th is their deadline for what?

Start from the beginning, and explain what process you have been going through. I notice you only joined us today, so you will need to adjust your thinking if you are going to claim back your charges through CAGicon.

I suggest you spend some time reading the FAQ's and then getting to grips with this site and the different forums within. In an ideal world you would have a good couple of weeks to do that, by then you will know as much as you need to conduct your claim knowledgably. However long you do spend, remember this, you really need to know what you are doing, you will get all the help and support you need, but ultimately it may be you and the bank sitting before a judge (its unlikely but could and has happened(at allocation stage)), and at that point you will need to argue your case.

Not designed as a lecture or to put the frightners on you, but a bit of groundwork now will pay huge dividends later.

    Best of luck

    Louis
