Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have issued all three letters to the woolwich they replied with standard letters their deadline is the 28th feb,the last letter I received from told me that all the info has been passed to Barclays h.o. and that they will reply within 8 wks, what do I do now? anyone!!!
Start from the beginning, and explain what process you have been going through. I notice you only joined us today, so you will need to adjust your thinking if you are going to claim back your charges through CAG.
I suggest you spend some time reading the FAQ's and then getting to grips with this site and the different forums within. In an ideal world you would have a good couple of weeks to do that, by then you will know as much as you need to conduct your claim knowledgably. However long you do spend, remember this, you really need to know what you are doing, you will get all the help and support you need, but ultimately it may be you and the bank sitting before a judge (its unlikely but could and has happened(at allocation stage)), and at that point you will need to argue your case.
Not designed as a lecture or to put the frightners on you, but a bit of groundwork now will pay huge dividends later.

Then start a thread of your own so others can check your progress and offer help when needed. Use this thread; http://www.consumeractiongroup.co.uk...newthread&f=40
Please also read the FAQs and use the template letters.
