Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Sent my 1st letter to Barclaycard on 28/12/06, they sent a letter dated 12/02/07 (46 days later) to say that 'there is a delay in providing the info due to large number of similar requests. We have made the ICO aware of the volume challenges we face & that we are writing to you in these terms. Sorry for the delay but we will get your statements to you as soon as we can'.
Should I send them the 2nd letter (DPA) or send a letter to the ICO or just wait?
