    Wink THFC4EVER v RBS Nautilus

    Hi,

After reading lots on this site, I decided to start the process of reclaiming charges on my
Shell credit card (RBSicon Nautilus). Here is where I'm up to:

05/02/2007 We sent "Preliminary Approach For Repayment" letter

09/02/2007 They sent standard "...sorry you have not been happy..." letter, and "Your guide to making a complaint" and "Your complaint and the Ombudsmanicon" leaflets, and said "...you can expect to receive a further response within the next 10 days."

22/02/2007 We sent "Credit or Store Card - letter before actionicon" letter

    23/02/2007 They sent a letter offering a £59 settlement (71%) and a corresponding cheque

26/02/2007 We sent "Rejection of Settlement Offer (insufficient amount offered) Letter"

13/04/2007 They sent a 100% offer with conditions and without daily interesticon, and enclosed the corresponding cheque

13/04/2007 We phoned to reject their offer, and they said they'd remove the conditions, add on the daily interest, and resend

17/04/2007 We requested "Judgment by Default" via MCOL (before the 9am cutoff)

    Hi
I just wondered if you were dealing with southend-on-sea people as opposed to Scottish RBSicon? its hard to find many threads for the RBS credit card lot and i am about to reject their measly offer and go to court - but bit scared!

All my communications have been with Southend-on-sea, or with Group Litigation in London EC2R 8PB.

20/04/2007 They sent a 100% offer with conditions and enclosed the corresponding cheque

20/04/2007 They phoned and we informed them of the unacceptable terms, and they said they'd resend the letter a.s.a.p. without the unacceptable terms and stating "In response to the Default Judgment"
