hi i sent a letter asking for my statements with my £10 got statements back and calculated all charges and all interest, sent a letter from templates asking for it back, just recieved a letter from them saying were not giving you nothing becauce of our terms and conditions
now do i send the letter called (letter before action) and do i include the excell sheets i used to work out both my charges and my interest
Am i doing it in the right order. please help
