It might very well delay it a bit while lawyers all the way from here to Brussels roll into action in order to determine what public bodies have to do with the British banking system.
I haven't used MCOL - any way you can correct your claim, either online or in person? If it's N1, of course, ou can just call the court office, point out your mistake and get them to hold the claim to one side till you can pop in and correct it.

Any hold-up is going to be at the local court level, seriously and realistically. That's why it would be a good idea to get in touch with it soonest and correct yourself.
