Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
After my winning debut against Nat West for my current account charges, i am about to embark on a claim for a refund of unpaid DD charges on a mortgage i had with Nat West home loans from 1995 -2004. Does anybody know where i would need to send the DPA request? I think from memory Home loans were in Birmingham.
I had read that i can go back 12 years for these charges, does anybody know if that is the case?
