Fighting back

Hi

I decided to join the CAG icon

after watching Martin Lewis on the Tonight programme last week. I ran into some financial difficulties about three years ago and very quickly became a casualty of the credit card companies and the banks. Having had some very good advice and help to work out a repayment plan icon

I have decided the time has come to start fighting back for myself.
As anybody who has been unfortunate enough to be in these situations realises it takes it's toll on your confidence and well being, so hopefully I will be able to seek the advice of your members to help me on my quest to challenge the banks and their credit card companies into returning the bank charges which can help to reduce my debt.

There is a lot of information on this site so take your time and spend a couple of days reading as much as you can.

When you are comfortable start a thread "XXXX v Bank Name here" in the relavent bank forum as then people with specific experience of this bank can offer support and advice.

There is a lot of information to take in here so if unsure it is allways best to Ask first.

If you need a quick answer to a question you could always try the chatroom as there are usually some very helpful people in there.
