    Default David Vs LloydsTSB

Hello everyone, I'm pursuing this for my girlfriend, and have a small query before sending off the lbaicon.
I didn't send a DPA request as I got all the details from online banking going back 4 years. Have so far done the following:
08.05.06 Sent PRP claiming Total amount+interesticon up to 08.05.06
10.05.06 Received letter saying they won't refund the charges, etc.

OK, so question is, when I send off the LBA, should I put the interest as on the previous letter, or up to the date of the LBA? I know it's only a minor thing, and I'll probably be told I shouldn't have claimed interest at this stage, but what's done is done...

    Thanks

If this is the 8% then you cannot claim that until you issue the county courticon Claim anyway. However, if you have managed to calculate the interest accrued on the individual charges, then it would be as at the date of the letter before actionicon - in the same way you would add any further charges levied since your first letter.

It was interesticon as per the the Excel spreadsheet in the Template Library, so on reflection that's 8%. Should I just put +Interest on the lbaicon then, or just go with what I put on the PRP?

On the lbaicon you should just put the total of the charges you are claiming. The 8% on the Excel sheet is only claimable at county courticon stage as it is claimed under s.69 of the County Court Act.
