Thread: Prepared to sue Lloyds - advice please

Hi all,

19/04/06 sent DPA letter requesting bank statements, received bank statements within 40 days.

04/05/06 sent preliminary approach letter received there normal letter sayng charges are in contract blah blah blah

Ive just entered all my charges into spreadsheet ready to send letter before action! When do i start court proceedings if need be?

By the way im claiming £4911 thats before 8% interest from spreadsheet

In the lba you give them 14 days warning that you are going to start action if they have not entered into a meaningful dialogue.

If they haven't done this 14 days after the LBA then start your claim.
