    Has anyone heard of Inter-Park UK - "Highways Dept"?

    They're trying to fool people in to paying bogus penalty notice charges.

    Be warned.

    It would be good to know what area and what the circumstances were when you recieved the ticket, how much was the ticket for?

    What was the out come?

    As pete has said previous could you expand i am interested to find out more.
