Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
I have just received my statement for my cahoot loan, but they have only sent me up to 27th December. and i know that there is a charge i can claim for in January. My question is do i just add this charge on to the total figure (which is only £90, but they really did p*** me off) or should i ring/write to them? I have got a "cahoot messenger" note about the charge which i have printed out from my online account. I was thinking of just including the printout with the prelim letter.
