    Default BofS offer half

    BofS are offering half of what they say they owe me without even responding to my SARicon. Maybe the banks are beginning to see the light

    They are however saying that the money has to be placed in my CC account with them. I closed this account 2 years ago when I got rid of all my credit cards, so question - can they keep the money? cause I don't have an account with them & can some point me at the template letter that says thanks for the offer but I want it all?

    is the account in debt? if not no they can't as the account is clossed so there is no account to pay it in to.

    No debt its a paid off credit card. I'm thank them for their offer as k for the SARicon data, check to see that they've calculated properly, explain that I don't have an account with them & would prefer the money paid direct to my Bank.
