Default BOS anyone else had this?

    Hi there,

After my DPA request on to one of the 4 I sent, I recieved an envelope today from BOSicon for one account with statements from 2002 - May 2004. As for the 2002 I may have just opened this account then as it states first transaction being TO OPEN one pound.

Just wondering if 2005-2006 has to follow or will I be best to chase them up for the rest.

    Thanks in advance

    Karen

If their 40 days is about to expire, write reminding them of that and that you have not received a full disclosure from them. Set out what is missing, from all your current and former accounts with them, and give them a date (40 days from original request receipt) by which they must comply.

This is the banks latest stalling tactic.

It just needs a few of us to sue for non-compliance of the DPA is all.

I expect they'll wake up a bit then.

yeah, i've had same sort of problems with BOSicon. Sent my statements in two lots as well. Chances are you're not going to hear much after 1st letter either if my situations anything to go by.

Still I see they have paid to others now which is encouraging. Good Luck

    Hi

I too got my statements in two different deliveries, when I phoned after the delivery of the first envelope containing up to May 2004 I was told this was because of the change over to Halifaxicon accounts in May 2004, had to remind them to send me the rest of the statements which did duly arrive a few days later.
