    For my sister - Will rework SARicon as she has no documentation -ie not even a/c no... impressive! Can I do further stages on her behalf as I don't think she wld go thru to mcol etc ? ta C

    Don't see why you can't i'll be helping my mum claim back a fortune soon once i've sorted out my own claims, i'm just about to send off prelim letter to A&L and have a court date in April with Abbeyicon.

    She will need to find out her account number to claim surely? I would imagine that she may be able to do this by going into a branch with some photo id & other proof of address - they should be able to look it up on the system?

    if they have her data she has a right to its access - she's at same address & if that was good enough for their earlier communication-so why not now. If they ask for verification fine. I don't blame her for chucking e'thing in the bin tho - just hope she's got the right bank - see what i'm dealing with...

    40 days up. thinking about sending in lbaicon for non-compliance even though she doesn't know her account no....
