    Hi Kerrianne,

Welcome aboard, just saw your post in the welcome section so had to come and say hello, The SARicon gives 40 days to comply so has a little way to go as yet.

You could have a look at these letters if you are close to the end of the SARicon deadline.

I'm sure you will keep us posted in this thread, however if you want any quick answers to questions you could try the chat room as there are usually some helpful people there.

    Best of Luck

    Hi again Kerrianne,

It is best to send prelim letter then lbaicon, this will show that you have made every effort to get this resolved or at least start a meaningful dialogue.

It is VERY unlikely that it will go to court but the history of how you have approached this will lend weight to any case.

So to clarify, once you get the statements, send prelim (14 days) then LBA (14 days) then file the claim.

    Keep us posted please,

    BB x

    Kerrianne,
A&L left it until the very last day (39 days) until the statements arrived.
I sent of my PRELIM letter last Monday so only a few days until I can send out the lbaicon - nothing (as presumed) heard from them yet.

I have succeeded with 2 other banks so looking forward to more money coming back in.
