    Default Morgages

    Hi i am a newbie. If the bank closes my account after making a claim for the refund of bank charges paid to them over the 5 years would my morgage with them become payable in full?. It still has 14 years left to run.HELP.:?

    As Glenn said elswhere meatfeet, your mortgageicon should not be involved in any claim on your bank account. I've not seen many (any off the top of my head) bank accounts with RBSicon that have been closed (presume you're with RBS??).

    There may be some, but not many if there are....
