Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Looking forward to receiving a cheque to the sum of £1852.00 from those crafty peeps down at ye olde woolwich!!
Thanks in advance for any help i receive and good luck to anyone else claiming back money from one of the best saving account schemes ever!!!!
Admincharge
p.s.. you're all being charged £27.50 to read this message... just to cover the "admin-charge" you have 3 days to forward a cheque or if you like we can send round our collections dept and increase your debt..(you get the picture!!!)
ok... may as well start getting some use out of you seeing as you cost so much...(hope you're worth it)
If I've received my charges from the bank, replied with the template "please give me back my money" letter and now received the "we're dealing with your complaint and will reply by the 21st March" letter from the woolwich.... what's the next letter to go out and how long to wait???
A decent reply should allow for about £10 of the £30 charged... so where does the remaining £20 go .... decent wine and a curry no doubt?
