I have recently wrote to barclycard asking for all details held. To date they have not replied. Do I next send off a complaint to the Data Protection or do I send a further letter to Barclycard
You could give them a call. The Legal and Compliance department number is 0207 116 4753. If they're not dealing with it they certainly should know who is!
You will probably (I did, and I know others too) get a letter on Tuesday lke most have had saying they are busy, they have had lots of requests blah blah blah blah ......
