Hi, I am currently awaiting a court date for a 5K bank account claim, and would like to what i can claim from my credit card statements.

is it late fee and over limit fee ?

Hi mullens-

You should be claiming for both Late charges & Over Limit charges plus interest from the date that each penalty was levied, to the date of your claim.

Hello, could you clear this up for me please....

I've just sent off requesing payment for charges but I didn't add interest!

I thought this was only applied when you reach the court stage?
Or is that just for bank accounts?

How much interest do you charge- the standard 8% or the rate on the credit card?
