Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
After several months HSBC have finally made an offer, it's £400 short but i don't care i just want this thing ended!
I'm worried that when I accept they'll close my account and i've got rejected by other banks when i've applied (poor credit check) so will have no bank
Also I know theres a template for accepting letters on this board as i've seen it before but now i can't find it. Any ideas?
Re: HSBC FINALLY made an offer!!! Now the problems
congratulations jaz!!
Natwest do a simple bank account called a step up account. it's just a current account with a solo debit card and you can apply online in about 10 minutes. i've heard that the co-op do one as well.
