    Default Help with A&L

    Hi I am new to this forum so I apologise now if I have posted in the wrong place.I have sent a letter to A&L asking for a refund of my charges which come to £294 I got a letter back saying that they were not giving me anything as they have done nothing wrong and the OFT were talking about credit card charges and not current accounts.Please could anyone give me some info on what to do next.Thank you

    Exactly the same letter every other claimant has had, carry on with your timetable and they'll send you another one!!
