    i really do think this is a case of the press trying to make something out of nothing......[or is Barclaysicon their bank...scare tactics/old boys network??]


    there is not one claimer on here that has suffered £5 per statement!

    ofcourse the other thing could also be that they are getting the wrong info on how to claim correctly & do not understand or are told about what S.A.R - (Subject access requesticon) is?
