Hello,
I'm in the process of reclaming my bank charges on a Lloyds TSB account - at the lba stage.
Was just going to start the process of claiming back my credit card charges and then wondered about PPI claims.
Can anyone offer some advice on this, I've had the credit card for years and don't remember signing anything although that's not to say I didn't.
I was just wondering if I have the proverbial leg to stand on with regards to claiming it back, the total I'm guessing would be quite alot - it's varies between £20-£40 per month.
If it can be claimed - would it be seperate claim from the charges or could they be bundled together.
Hi Dave,
I have seen some posts where people have claimed for the charges and PPI together, Just cant remember off hand who they were, I will have a look around later and see if I can find them.
I would advise you to obtain a copy of the original Agreement either by submitting a SAR or a CCA to Lloyds to obtain the required Information.
Good Luck
Ian
