hi we have started court action on RBS and they was served with it on monday i have recieved a letter today from them offering us half of what they owe us? what will happen if we dont accept this offer it is the first offer they have sent us as they havent respnded to any letters we have sent them! any help is grateful thanks

Write back saying you will drop the court claim only if a full settlement is offered.
