yea i have added up all the charges i could find i have lost some statments quite alot actually but iv worked out £867 all togther, im happy with that, so i copyed that letter, and iv stuck it in an envelope and post it frist thing tommorow, and see what htey haev to say for them selvs, should i post one to my local brand or one to the headquaters, or both?
