    Hi Just about to start my proceedings....

    Can anyone tell me if RBoS will send out a statement of all charges, or do they merely send out all accounts so as to make you search through everything yourself?

    Also am I correct in thinking the maximum I can claim in a small claims court is £750 (in Scotland)
