Thread: Do I Accept Offer?

I have received an offer from FD for about 80% of my claim but they say they are not prepared to consider a claim for debit interest.

This is the interest that was on my statement along with the overdraft fee and excess overdraft fee, that I have included in my claim.

Are they right that I can't claim this? or should I keep going.

I understand that the 8% interest is only added when you go to court so I haven't included that.

Advice would be greatly appreciated from someone in the know.

I recived a similar offer and declined then they upped it to 90% which I have declined again. Ball is now back in their court. Has anyone claimed interest successfully pre court ?
