Written by John Kruse, one of the leading experts on Bailiff Law, this consumer friendly guide is essential reading for anyone who comes into contact with a bailiff.
The book is easy to understand and clearly explains the rights
a bailiff has, and also what they cannot do when collecting debts and repossessing goods etc.
Right a brief insight to what has happened, got statements from bank, wrote to them telling them how much was owed, they made me an offer which i declined, i gave them 28 days to get in touch after i had declined, i then went through MCOL, they have then filed a defence of my claim, which i have since recieved a letter from the court with a questionnaire atached.
Right so here is my problem, I have been working away from home with no access to my computer, and this questionnaire has to be returned by the 24th Feb, I have filled my questionnaire out but do I need to just include my court fees or do I also include, at this stage, a court bundle. I'm a bit stuck giving the time scale so your help would be gatefully appreciated.
No just return the aq + £100 fee (if claim is over £1500, otherwise no fee) You don't need to submit a court bundle until 14 days before your hearing date.
