Intrum Justitia have been chasing me for a Mint Visa (RBoS) debt. I wrote 13FEB07 and requested a copy of the CCA 1974 together with the deed of assignment. They have written back today and said they don't have them so have returned it all to RBoS. They also say no more calls or letters from them!
I await to see if MINT can provide them - I wrote to them on the same day, same request.
