I got as far as my lba and they got refunded straight away. It was very easy to be honest.
Something tells me it wont be as easy this time. I am trying to make an appointment to see my branch this weekend to discuss the situation and basically 'ask' for them to be refunded...
anything is worth a try, but i'm inclined to thiink that as the last claim didn't go as far as taking them to court - you can treat this as your first claim so......
