    Excellent!

Also below a piece about the fosicon rapping the knuckles of a bank which retaliated against a claimant who had the audacity to ask for his money back.

What annoys me most is the paper has got it all completely wrong.

The paper say that consumers are stating the banks' charging regime is illegal. We are not. We are stating it is unlawful. There's a big difference. Read around the site for this.

The paper also stated that you could get "compensation" if you request that your bank refund the charges. Codswallop. You will be getting a refund on penalty charges that have been taken from you unlawfully.

Which bank did the wording on these reports is a question that springs to mind. Grrrrrrr.

    Oh dear:
Martin Lewis, the founder of Moneysavingexpert.com, the internet site that has been leading the campaign since November, said more than one million people will have downloaded complaints forms and template letters by the end of the week.
